Can you describe your context and what led you to look for a software solution?
To improve our maturity in security, risk management and documentation, we undertook the following projects:
- Integration of security into projects
- Enhancement of documentation on GDPR, data, applications and third parties
- ISO27001 compliance
A major challenge was to sustainably handle the continuous flow of new projects with limited time available from the security teams.
What was wrong with your existing solutions?
We started using Excel files which quickly showed their limitations:
- Large-scale use impossible with our 200+ application portfolio
- Difficult to manage changes over time

- Impossible to juggle different methodologies
